beachview from patio, direct beach access. Front 2
bedrooms open to swimming pool and jacuzzi. Security
fenced and tennis courts onsite. Granite coutertops and
tile flooring. Complete with cable TV and DVD
entertainment system. King bed in Master suite, two
double beds in second bedroom and two bunk beds in
third bedroom.

Lodging Tax: 13.5% Cleaning Fee: $75.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Should a cancellation be required this reservation is transferable to other parties or exchangeable based on alternate date availabilty within a (6) month period of this reservation. This agreement may be cancelled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term and, upon such thirty (30)cancellation, renters will forfeit rental payment. When this agreement is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. No refunds of any kind will be made if cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental term. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for weather-related cancellations.
