10% at time of booking- non-refundable. Additional 40% due one month from booking- non-refundable. Final 50% due one week before arrival- non-refundable. $39 renters protection policy fully refundable up to day of stay- renter must call policy provider to cancel. Cleaning fee and taxes refundable on a pro-rated basis (based on how much has been paid into the rental at time of cancellation).
Other Fees:
Non-refundable $39 renters protection policy (in leiu of a rental deposit) that protects you for up to $1500 of accidental damage to the property. Owner has the right to increase the amount of protection, if he/she chooses. ($49 policy=$3000 protection)
