| Winter Monthly Rates are 30 day minimum, and you pay electric. Holiday rates add $100. All Mid-week and weekend rates are for 3 night minimum stay. Weekly rates are for 7 night minimum stay. All prices are subject to change until deposit and contract are received. Security deposits are required as an authoirization against credit card for all rentals. If not needed, funds will not be billed to the card. A pet fee of $10 per pet, per day will be charged. An additional refundable pet deposit will be required.
