I've been meaning to write to tell you how much Ben and I enjoyed the house. We were very
impressed with the whole neighborhood and truly enjoyed our time there. We liked the place so much, I'm afraid we saw almost nothing in the way of the Memphis tourist attractions. It was very relaxing.

This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Impeccably decorated, a quiet location that is great for relaxing yet close enough to downtown to enjoy all that Memphis has to offer. We have recommended this spot to others already.

This was just the nicest place and I can't imagine staying in a hotel in Memphis ever if this property is available! It is beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need to feel at home. The great kitchen was wonderful to cook in and the living/dining area makes you feel that you need to
entertain because it is really gorgeous. The master suite has a really comfortable king size 4 poster bed and the shower has such good water pressure you won't want to get out, not to mention the Jacuzzi tub that will jet massage all your pains
away. I do recommend a rental car though as otherwise you will be taking cabs a lot, but it has a garage with opener that enters into the kitchen and it works out great. Anyone that likes walking will have access to the MS River Walk.

All guests are responsible for the replacement of broken or missing items and additional fees for unusual cleaning requirements (carpet, bedspreads,upholstry, trash and garbage left behind,etc.). a. Refunds are given in full if a cancellation is made within three days after booking.
b. Refunds are also given for cancellations up to 3 months prior to your arrival date, minus 35%.
c. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will not warrant a refund, but payments can be applied to future rentals in full if new reservations are made within one month from the day of the cancellation.
d. After one month from the date of cancellation, payments minus 35% may be applied to future rentals.
e. Funds must be used within one year from the date of cancellation.
f. Rescheduling (after 3 months) allowed twice with only a 35% deduction. Three or more date changes will cost you a 50% reduction in funds.
g. Refunds are not given for maintenance or repair problems that may occur during your stay. We will strive to get them done as soon as possible. Be aware that holiday could cause a delay in repairs. We thank you for your understanding. Refunds are also not given for problems that are beyond our control, i.e. weather conditions, neighbors working on homes (noise), city repairs on systems etc.
h. Discounts are not in effect on fees when credits are used.
