The downstairs is also approximately 1200 sq. feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will sleep 6+. (Rollaways available)
The property sits on 6 acres, so there is plenty of yard room. The home has huge wrap around porches with plenty of seating to enjoy the great outdoors.

Located minutes from the Ocoee River and many whitewater rafting facilities. It is also minutes from the Georgia and North Carolina state lines. There are many restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby.
