IDUSKI MENDI #7 has 56 m2. We are on the 3rd floor by American standards and the 2nd floor by French standards. The street entry has an intercom. NO ELEVATOR. We are not handicap accessible but do welcome children of all ages. Our entry living dining room and kitchen are new modern and open. The Basque flavor of the apartment has been restored with the open beams and antique Basque table. Our Louis XIV mirrors set off the space.
The dining table can seat 4. It is an antique Basque table with chairs and benches and kitchen is fully equipped and very functional with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, exhaust fan, professional Schulte’s gas 4 burner stove, electric oven, electric grill, rice cooker, deep fryer, espresso machine. We have new teak counter tops with white french cabinets You can enjoy cooking in or walking to the great restaurants of St. Jean de Luz....
View over the mountains from both bedroom windows is fantastic....... There are flowers in the public area in front of our flat. This is a beautiful place to live.

Optional Services Accommodation charges offered but not mandatory: 20€ per hour Travel Assistant personal services 15€ per hour Personal Maid Service mid stay 75€ Early Late check in out. KEY deposit is 150€ per set of keys issued at check in which is returned to guest on check out up on return of the keys. The key deposit is paid in Euro cash to the Travel Assistant issuing you the keys. The key deposit is returned to you in cash when you check out and return the keys. If you do not return the keys and check out with the Travel Assistant you will forfit the return of your key deposit. You can pay your key deposit by credit card hold if you do so at the time of booking. |
