What a gorgeous house and it's right on the ocean.
Acutally it's set back from Dawn beach about 150 feet so I wouldn't lose sleep about waves hitting the house.
It's a beautiful luxury home that can sleep quite a few people though we were 5 couples and each had our own master suite (well 2 couples actually shared one big bathroom)
The patio is enormous and looks out over the ocean with a lot of nice designer furniture and a gas grille which we used for fish every night.
we had a BBQ guy come in one night and did everything for us very reasonably priced.
the house had a plasma tv, nice kitchen though a bit small, and is in excellent condition. Security is provided with a neighborhood patrol that we met and were very helpful
