Vacation Rental Home Description

This exclusive well appointed villa overlooks the Mediterranean (it is 400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas. There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has air conditioning, satellite TV, video, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have our own car, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater, which we rent out to our customers at very good rates.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows: 4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded less than 2 weeks: no refund UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less the administration charge of €40.
