NOTES ON RENTAL RATES:
25% Deposit required to confirm.Balance payable usually eight weeks prior to arrival.Returnable damages/security cheque deposit ( cheque or electronic transfer to owners own account )- 300 Euros. Rent includes cleaning( weekly ) and electricity, use of internet points, etc.
NB For Christmas, Easter holidays, Halloween holidays, - higher rates apply.For long term rental rates, say, 12 weeks 24 weeks, contact owners directly by e-mail.
