Three bedrooms & three and a half bathrooms, with a bonus room for larger parties. It also has two futons in the loft area. Sleeps 10-12 people. The loft overlooks the great room below with a beautiful view through the large triangular windows in the peak.
One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Large screen TV. Fireplace (gas) to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Full size kitchen, dishwasher & spacious island for gourmet cooking or fast assembly of picnic lunches for your Black Hills Adventures. It also has a gas outdoor gas fire pit Also, a clothes washer & dryer for your convenience.

| When you rent six consecutive nights the seventh night is FREE. Rates are based on the number of people in your party; $20 per additional person over low season occupancy of two people or peak season occupancy of six people. The hot tub is seasonal, please call for more information. The security damage deposit is secured by a major credit card in the amount of $500.00 upon your arrival. If you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when you arrive there is NO CHARGE. If there is damage or extra cleaning required an invoice along with the balance of your deposit will be returned within 30 days. |
