August 8-14, 2012 - Sturgis Rally Week $500.00 per night per unit; Cleaning fee $100.00, 5.5% sales tax, full week rental only! OFF SEASON RATES: $149.00 per night for two people, over two people is an additional $20.00 per person. PEAK SEASON RATES: $295.00 per night for six people, over six people is an additional $20.00 per person.

Deposits:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are preferred methods of payment. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:
For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if cancelled later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time.

A security damage deposit of $500.00 is secured by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover upon arrival.

Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the kitchen & gas FIREPLACE for a cozy atmosphere! The security damage deposit is secured by a major credit card in the amount of $500.00 upon your arrival. If you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when you arrive there is NO CHARGE. If there is damage or extra cleaning required an invoice along with the balance of your deposit will be returned within 30 days.

Lindsey- Thank you so much for all you did to make our stay in May so enjoyable. Your log home was one of the big highlights of our trip. We easily moved right in! Everything was there for us. And to me, those added little touches mean so much. Like the lights on and the music playing. Water in the fridge, spices in the cabinet. It made it so easy and we even cooked a few nights. If you ever need a good word from a prior customer....you know who to call. My stay was absolutely wonderful!!!

This company has some beautiful units for rent. The unit we stayed in we knew had been used, but it was so nice we felt like we were one of the first ones to use it. The linens, appliances, hot tub everything is brand new and in great working order. Very clean and presentable unit. It was such a delight to stay at a place that was above our expectations! We had a small family reunion here and everyone went away feeling so blessed to have rented this nice of an unit. They provide all the little things, that make a stay so great (laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, spa towels, BBQ grill, plenty of outside seating, etc.) The kitchen was stocked with nice large cooking items for a big group like we needed. The country decor was just delightful. I would highly recommend renting a unit from this great company. The staff was so pleasant & friendly to deal with, they make you feel just like family! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about our stay.
