We have a variety of amenities such as gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, jacuzzi tub, two master bedroom suites, and clothes washer & dryer. Additional services such as stocking your refrigerator with food, seasonal decor, and activity planning is available.
This is the ideal location in the Heart of the Hills for access to the 1880 Train in Hill City, The Needles Highway, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and the many lakes and recreation of the Black Hills Area.
When you stay six consecutive nights the seventh night is FREE. Rates are based on the number of people in your party. It is $20.00 for each additional person over the low season occupancy of two or the peak season occupancy of six.

OFF SEASON RATES: $149.00 per night for two people, over two people is an additional $20.00 per person.
PEAK SEASON RATES: $295.00 per night for six people, over six people is an additional $20.00 per person.

Deposits:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are preferred methods of payment. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Lodging Tax: 5%
Cleaning Fee: $100.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if cancelled later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time.
Other Fees:
A security damage deposit of $500.00 is secured by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover upon arrival.
Granite countertops & stainless appliances in the kitchen & gas FIREPLACE for a cozy atmosphere! The security damage deposit is secured by a major credit card in the amount of $500.00 upon your arrival. If you leave the cottage in the same manner as it was when you arrive there is NO CHARGE. If there is damage or extra cleaning required an invoice along with the balance of your deposit will be returned within 30 days.
