Vacation Rental Home Description

This family friendly vacation home is perfect for a family get away or a romantic evening. It can be rented as one whole unit, which can sleep up to 14 people, or it can be rented as two seperate units. The main house has three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, seasonal private outdoor hot tub, private washer & dryer, AC, fireplace and BBQ grill. The downstairs unit has one bedroom, one bath, and a full kitchen. All your linens and towels are provided.

OFF SEASON RATES: $149.00 per night for two people, over two people is an additional $20.00 per person. PEAK SEASON RATES: $295.00 per night for six people, over six people is an additional $20.00 per person. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Discover  Money Order  Personal Check Deposits: To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are preferred methods of payment. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. Lodging Tax: 5% Cleaning Fee: $100.00 Cancellations and Refunds: For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if cancelled later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time. Other Fees: A security damage deposit of $500.00 is secured by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover upon arrival.
