| Deposit: Security deposits will range from $250 to $1000, depending in the size of the home. The security deposit is held until the vacation home has been cleaned and inspected, and will be returned within 2 weeks from end of stay. If the deposit was paid by check, the full amount less any damage deductions will be returned by check. If paid by credit card, the full amount less damage deductions will be refunded to the credit card. Cancellations and Refunds: There are absolutely no monetary refunds for cancellations. If, for some reason, you would have to cancel, you may rebook your stay at another date within one year. This reservation will depend on availability.
