Custer, the oldest city in the Black Hills, where gold was first discovered by a member of General George Custer's Army. Surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Southern Black Hills, the building was built in 1893 as the original Custer Post Office. History, Beauty and Amenities abound. The Penthouse has been restored, maintaining much of its original charm including the original wood work, stained glass exterior front windows, but offers all modern day conveniences. Walk no more than 4 blocks to
many wonderful restaurants, unique shops and other historic buildings, including the 1881 Historic Custer Court House Museum next door. You have a private entrance and private off street parking with a backyard for grilling and enjoying!
