Deposits:
We require a fully refundable $300 cleaning/damage deposit, paid at confirmation of your reservation. The deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure if you leave the cabin in the same manner as it was when you arrived. If extraordinary cleaning or repairs are required, the balance of your deposit, if any will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.
Cancellations and Refunds:
We require 50% down to confirm your reservation, balance due 60 days prior to you scheduled stay. All NON- REFUNDABLE. Rates are locked in at confirmation.
Other Fees:
Rate is for 5 people or less. $10.00 for each person over 5 unless family with children.
Check In: 3:00PM
Check Out: 10:00AM
Required Stay:
2 day minimum

Mt. Rushmore within 30 minutes. Deadwood Gaming 1 hour drive. Scenic Custer State Park only 10 minutes from the cabin. Golf the top rated Hot Springs Golf course, only 40 minute drive. A very scenic 70 minute drive to Sturgis. A short 80 minute drive to Devils Tower.

I can't say enough on how pleasant our stay was at the cabin. It was much better than a motel and was our home away from home for 2 weeks. Clean, quite and wildlife in the yard. The owner is very good to work with and our stay was very pleasant!..........John

We had a family gathering in July and the cabin was perfect for us. It is very roomy, comfortable, clean and everything we needed was there. The location is great for anything you want to do in the Black Hills.
The owners were great to work with and we will want to come back. We highly recommend this lovely place!

We love the rustique feel of this cabin! It's clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Our kids love the loft and the fresh mountain air. It's the perfect get a way and a short drive from Eastern South Dakota. We really feel at home. You couldn't ask for a nicer owner than the Hiltenen's. Thanks Rusty!

Great cabin with an awesome location.. Close to everything you need while visiting the Black Hills... Get on the mickelson trail out the back side of the property and bike or hike for miles... Highly recommend.. Any time
