Everything is brand new - kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, beds,andlinens - yes, pretty much everything.

3 miles from historic Hot Springs with great restaurants, unique shops and world class 18 hole golf course. Hot Springs has been named a Distinctive Destination community by the National Trust for Historic Preservation - world famous Mammoth Site, Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary, Evans Plunge (oldest continuously operating tourist attraction in the Black Hills) fed from warm healing waters, and restored sandstone buildings, to name just a few.

Near all the attractions of the Black Hills including Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Mountain, The Mammoth Site, Wind Cave, Evans Natural Hot Springs Plunge and Angostura Reservoir.
