Deposits:
We require a $200 deposit within seven days of the reservation. The balance is due thirty days prior to arrival. No pets allowed on the property. Our unit is non smoking, smoking is permitted on balcony. Rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Departure cleaning service included and taxes are included! A $125 refundable security/key deposit is required. Contact owner for other details.

Cleaning Fee: $0.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation after 30 days will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. If we can rent the condo for reserved week at the same rate, we will refund entire deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Other Fees:
Linen orders will be delivered and picked up from your property. You may opt to bring your own or add other linens at the time you make your reservation. Minimum order of $20.00.
