We had a great time on our vacation this year and Tom & Maria have a beautiful condo. They have everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. The king size bedrooms are wonderful and while the 3rd bedroom is smaller my two huge teenage sons thought the bedroom was fine and easy to keep clean. The facilities themselves are wonderful with the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub. We had gorgeous weather every day, and the walk from the beach to the condo was very short. We loved the Windy Hill area as well, its close and convenient to everything. Another plus was that it was senior week when all the high school graduates pay Myrtle Beach a visit. My sons probably enjoyed that most of all.

This condo is located in a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach which is nice for families who don't wish to share overly-crowded beaches. Our college-aged son was not as happy as the youngsters (ages 7 and 9) since they had same-aged kids to play with while he lacked the large numbers of bikini-clad females he wanted to view from behind his shades. LOL!
I would point out to those considering renting this unit that while the two main bedrooms are good sized with king-sized beds, the third bedroom is tiny. Most of this third bedroom is taken up by the double-single bunk bed, and my youngest ones weren't thrilled by the lack of space when they had to quietly remain in there until a certain time each morning to allow the grown-ups to sleep. Also, be sure and bring a couple of extra towels or bath rugs for the bathroom floors as they get extremely slippery when wet and no rugs are provided.
Overall, we had an enjoyable time at the beach this year, and although we had one thunderstorm come through, the balcony made it fun to watch the storm move up the coast and out to sea. Also, there were thousands of scallop-shaped shells on the beach each day, and you didn't have to arise at "o'early thirty" to be able to collect some good ones.
We visited 5/22-29 which included part of Memorial Day weekend when some bikers were due in town. Even though the bikers clogged the main thoroughfare (Hwy. 17), the area around the condo was not affected thanks to "no through access" signs erected by the city. Additionally, you can hit several traffic lights via the numbered avenues which allow you to go across Hwy. 17 to Barefoot Landing and other restaurants without difficulty. During the week, my husband and sons enjoyed going to the par three golf course, and the whole family enjoyed putt-putt in the evenings.
Waterpointe II is truly in a great location in North Myrtle Beach, and as a result, we're considering a retirement home in that area.

SMALL CHILDREN ENJOY BUILDING SANDCASTLES ON A VERY SAFE beach, AND CHILDREN OF ALL AGES HAVE FUN AT THE RIDES AT THE BOARDWALK, SPLASHING AROUND AT THE water PARK, OR TESTING THEIR DRIVING SKILLS ON GO-KARTS. My husband and I love to travel and see different sites. We had the pleasure of vacationing in Myrtle Beach and stayed at Mr. & Mrs. Yanno's condo. Coming from Florida, I really was surprised to see the kind of accomodations as the Yanno's condo. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with extra sleeping accomodations in the living room sofa bed. The view from the balcony was extremely beautiful, especially when the sunsets. All the furnishings were very nicely arranged and super clean. When we weren't sunbathing on the beach during the day, we had a pleasant time swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool in the evenings. I would recommend taking your entire family and have a wonderful time. There are lots of things for young children and if you have teenagers, there is plenty for them to do.
We really had a great time and plan on going again.

Our stay at the Yanno's oceanfront condo was delightful. The unit is located on the sixth floor which provides a view of the ocean and beach. There is a large balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. During the warm weather there is nothing more relaxing than sittting on the balcony and watching the ocean with a cold drink in hand. If it is cooler, you can sit in the living room or be in bed in the master bedroom and enjoy the view. The condo is furnished very nicely and is super clean. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool. But the real draw is the ocean. Your family can swim, walk, or just relax on the beach. Myrtle Beach has many amenities such as golf, shopping, things to do with the kids, and restaurants galore. We had a great time.

Me and a friend stayed at this condo in North Myrtle Beach in August of 2002. We had a blast. This condo is right on the beach. The condo is very beautiful and spacious. What made it even better was the short driving distance to the food, fun and shopping. Everything was easily accessable. I will stay there for many years to come.

My Husband, Joshua and I have had the pleasure of vacationing at Tom and Maria Yanno's condo in Myrtle Beach. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have been there 2 times and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect and relaxing, it is so difficult to leave! They have all the comforts of home available for us.
We enjoy shopping and have great treasures that we have purchased there. BareFoot Landing has terrific shops and restaurants that we enjoy. Broadway at The beach is closeby as well, with wonderful shops and restaurants to choose from, Ripley's Believe It or Not is one of Joshua's favorite stops.
One of the bathrooms in our home is decorated with a beach theme, from our purchases in from our favorite stores. It is a warm reminder of the fond memories we have of our vacations. Tom amd Maria are wonderful and go out of their way to please renters of their condo. It is truly home sweet home and we are anxious to return very soon. We wouldn't dream of staying any where else when we take our annual vacation to Myrtle Beach. I wish we were there now, it is very cold here in NJ now! We hope you can have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful get away in their beautiful condo on the beach. What a lovely way to awaken each morning and see the ocean right in front of you, as you have a cup of coffee on the balcony.
