This unit is on the 1st floor, only five steps up from the ocean, pool, and parking.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Master bedroom, king bed, opens to oceanfront balcony and a perfect view of the beach, even from bed.
The other two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and single bed.
The living room area features a couch, love seat, and other seating, along with 42 " HDTV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system.
The eating area has a table with 6 chairs, as well as bar area with 4 stools. There is direct ocean view from the living room, as well as access on to the oceanfront balcony.
Entire common area is ceramic tile, bright and roomy.
Granite-style counter tops are new and functional. Kitchen features full-size stove, all amenities needed for cooking as at home, if needed.
We have a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, just off the entrance way in the laundry closet, as well as a storage site for beach gear in the screened front entrance.
It is a real great property, with the most amenities in the complex.
Our home has an open feel, lots of light, great colors, and is 1250 sq. ft.
With a direct ocean view, there are windows which open in ALL rooms, as this is a 1st floor end unit.
The pool is located on the entry side, right outside our door, with lots of chairs and chaises for sun-bathing.
In addition, beach chairs, beach games, floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, as well as inside games, cards, and such are provided by the owner on site for your convenience and enjoyment.
4 TVs, 4 VCR/DVD players, and a collection of over 600+ feature movies, for adults, youth, and kids.
We are within easy walking distance to Shag Events and Main Street in Ocean Drive, with shopping, restaurants, bars, seafood, and more.
Our care and pride in our condo shows, and you will want to come back once you stay. We have many repeat renters, so contact us ASAP.
We are located about 4 miles north of Barefoot Landing, 15 minutes south of Calabash, NC and the greatest seafood around, in the middle of a great residential section, eight blocks from downtown NMB, and only 2 blocks from 6th Avenue over to Hwy 17.
This area had the widest beach on the Grand Strand, and it was just replenished!
This surely is one of the best locations in the area, with more depth, breadth, and quality of beach available to you than in nearby areas where the beachfront is overwhelmed by high-rise units.

Our family had the most wonderful experience staying at your condo. It had such an "at home" feeling that made us so comfortable. We even filmed dolphins jumping in the ocean around boats from the back porch for 1 hr., which was an enlightening experience for all of us, especially our children. Everything about this condo was so accomodating that it felt like home. From the view, to the fully equipt kitchen, functional rooms, exquistely clean and the placement of the condo to the beach was a great asset to our family. We will plan our family vacations accordingly to the vacancies of your "home" for all of our future endeavours. Our family had the best time of our lives while vacating in a new place and we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your home. The whole experience was quite a blessing! The best part is that you are right on the ocean, and can enjoy it from the deck. Parking and getting into the condo is so easy. The video library is so large, it would be hard to be bored on a rainy day.
