| Mid & High season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Regular and off-season rentals can be rented Sat.-Sat./Sun.-Sun. or of a minimum of 5 days at a prorated rate. All linens and departure maid service is included in the price.

| Deposits: | | A 30% deposit is required within 10 days after reservations are made. Deposit required is $300.00 on spring and fall reservations. A $500.00 deposit is required on June, July and August reservations. Golf Packages require $100.00 deposit per golfer. Credit card number is required on all reservations. For those without credit card, a cash security deposit of $300.00 is required at check-in. Deposit is due ten days after reservations are made and can be paid with a personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Credit card used for deposits must be presented at check-in for verification.
