The Paradise is a beautiful luxury resort on the south side of Myrtle Beach. These 1 Bedroom units are fully equipped with designer furnishings, washer & dryer, fantastic amenities, and private balconies to enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Water amenities include an indoor whirlpool, indoor/outdoor pool, and lazy river. The kids will love the Paradise Kids club, designed especially for children only, with a pool and much fun. Even more amenities include a fitness room, an on-site convenience store, and a bar & grill area overlooking the beach and pools. This is where great family vacations begin!

Deposits:
A down payment of $500 is required for summer reservations, i.e., June, July, and August. A $300 down payment is required for off-season reservations (all other months). A down payment of $100 is required from each golfer per golf package. Down payments are due within 7 days of making reservations.

If payment is made by credit card, you must present same credit card at check in for verification. Regardless of how payment is made, all reservations require a valid credit card number on file to be presented at check in to ensure key return and damage security. Guests without credit card are required to give a cash security deposit of $300 at check in.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, which provides full coverage for cancellations, a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, is given only if the property is re-rented and if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your arrival date, all money is forfeited if travel insurance is not selected.
