• Sleeps 4 - one queen bed, and 2 twins. One twin air mattress. Five is the ABSOLUTE maximum –adults or children.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Cable TV,HBO,DVD player, Bose Am/FM radio
• TV in family room and twin bedroom
• Some games and playing cards
• Short drive to Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Wal-Mart, Golden Corral, Carolina Opry & Dixie Stampede
• Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels ARE NOT PROVIDED. (There may be a few kitchen towels, but no guarantee.)
• Cleaning service required at the end of your stay.
• NO house parties
• NO pets
• NO motorcycles

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER personal check, or money orders as a deposit. If you pay your deposit by check, your check must be received in our office within 10 days of date in which reservation was made or the reservation Will Be Cancelled! A confirmation will be mailed when your deposit check is received. | | Lodging Tax: 13% | | Cleaning Fee: $60.00 | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | Cancellations made on or prior to 21 days before arrival will be handled as follows: Myrtle Beach Condos or Townhouses - All monies paid will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee. Houses - No monies will be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period. Rental agency reserves the right to apply guest’s money to another arrival date. In the event a cancellation is made, any Trip Insurance amount will not be refunded.
