Are you looking for a good value at Kiawah that is 1 minute to the ocean and includes bikes/beach gear in the rental price? Try our spacious, comfortably furnished, non-smoking unit. (Sorry, no pets)
The unit is updated and upgraded and has a fabulous floorplan and quality furnishings. According to our guest book in the unit, our tenants love the location of the villa, appreciate the bikes and beach things we let them use, and prefer our unit to others they have rented in the past at Kiawah because of the little "extras" we provide.
Our villa is in the newer-developed part of Kiawah referred to as "East Beach", and is about a one minute walk to the ocean and a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the luxury oceanfront hotel called the Sanctuary. It is fully equipped with quality items and has a full-size washer and dryer so you don't have to pack as much.
Our tenants do not have to pay an additional amenity access fee or daily usage fees. This can be a huge savings. Our tenants also benefit from many resort extras including reduced greens fees, daily tennis, and use of the swimming pools.

The Heron Pool is about a two minute walk as is the beach! The best of best worlds imho. The bikes came in handy as did the beach umbrella and beach chairs + extra beach towels! We have just decided to return to Kiawah this summer, and are renting this villa again. It is very difficult to choose a place to stay when you are 800 miles away, but we had such quick and informative email responses from the owner that we didn't hesitate to come back. The villa is much, much nicer and more spacious than the pictures indicate. The king size bed is first rate, and the pull-out sofa was just fine for our young kids. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals, and the villa furnishes sheets and bath towels. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The most appealing bonuses for us were that there is no additional fee for using the Night Heron Pool and we had access to the owner's beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and 2 adult bicycles.
