Our home ,located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is approximately 1600 sq. ft. and was completely remodeled in 2008. It is in the private resort, Wild Dunes, which is approximately 20 minutes form historic Charleston, South Carolina. The home is in the center of the resort and is steps away from a lap pool, pools with ocean views, golf, tennis, a gym, and a beautiful beach. It has a completely furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. The great room has cathedral ceilings and a fireplace which opens into a
spacious sunroom that overlooks the scenic bike path. It has a game table and cable TV. Hardwood floors are throughout the home. No pets are allowed and it is a smoke free environment.
Three bedrooms can accomodate up to 6 people. The master, with a queen size bed, is off the sunroom and has a marble bath. The two guestrooms, which also have queen size beds, are on the other side of the house. This allows for some privacy for guests. They share a bath. Whther relaxing on the beach, sipping a cool drink from the Grand Pavilion, or biking on the scenic bike path, you are sure to enjoy this lovely beach community.
Wild Dunes is a world class resort featuring golf, tennis, pools, bike paths, as well as 2 miles of private beaches. It's a gated community that is approximately 20 minutes from historic Charleston, South Carolina. Casual dining is available in the resort. Great seafood is available in the resort as well as surrounding estuarants on the island, nearby Sullivan's Island, Mt. Pleasant, and downtown Charleston. Evening entertainment is available in the resort during the summer season and on the islan. Year round entertainment is available in Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston featuring plays, concerts, local bands, jazz, etc.
Charleston is a popular historic city, voted in the top ten in Southern Living, with many tourist attractions including plantations, gardens, muesums, walking and carriage tours, boatin, art festivals (like Spoleto), The Hunley and Yorktown, and a minor league baseball team just to mention a few. Come enjoy the beautiful Lowcountry full of history and beautiful beaches.
