Great place to stay. ocean view was beautiful - especially watching the sunrise. Close to Charleston and surrounding historical areas. My daughter and I were vacationing by ourselves and felt completely safe in the condo area and on the short walk to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed being able to leave balcony door open and listening to the ocean all night. Also very very quiet area - unlike most hotels. Will definitely try to get back to the area and would stay in this unit again. Owners have provided every thing needed for a comfortable stay.

The condo and location was great. We were familiar with the Isle of Palms and Mt Pleasant, but still got to experience some new places to eat and shop. It was so relaxing to sit in the condo or on the balcony and view the ocean. We spent most of our time in Charleston, but more time there would have afforded us more time to find new places in Isle of Palms. Very special place! We will do this again!

Our family vacationed at this cabin in July of this year and were very pleased with everything about it. I was particularly impressed with the clean accomidations and given that I have two young boys who are not very neat, I loved having all the normal things required just as if we were at home (hand held vacuum & regular vacuum were wonderful to have around). Again very happy with the room, and the area that we stayed in. We plan on coming back again next year. Thank you so much for the ease of making arrangments and planning this vacation. My husband and I were looking for an affordable weekend away and we found this place. It had everything we wanted. It was clean and close to the beach(very close to the board walk to get to the beach), the ocean view was great (we really enjoyed the balcony). There were lots of conveniences: parking was easy, shopping, restaurants and rentals a short walk away. Since we live in Summerville, about 45 minutes from the coast, we didn't really care where we went for this weekend away...we just wanted something affordable, clean, convenient, and on the water. We searched Folly beach, Sullivan's Island, and other surrounding areas and this place was by far the best value we found. We will definitely return for our next weekend retreat!

We did not need much but nice to know that these owners were on call to meet our needs. Nice Clean Pool too. We are here NOW - brought our sons computer and wanted to say thanks before we leave and let folks know that this is a GREAT place to stay, in the AM. We will be BACK next year!! Try the One Eyed Parrot or Coconut Joes for great Food. We really did not have to use the car - everything you need in walking distance.

My husband & I stayed in the unit from May 4th - May 12th, 2006 & I would like to thank the owners for their southern hospitality. The unit was perfect, very clean & stocked with the necessaties. The view from the balcony of the ocean & pool were fantastic. We ate at Coconut Joe's & Bananna Cabana, both were very good. We don't recommend the Red & White grocery store that is within walking distance unless it's for just a few items. There is a major grocery store about 3 or 4 miles from the unit. Everything was close enough without driving for 3 or 4 hours. The weather wasn't the best, only 1 full day of sunshine, but, only one day of rain, that didn't bother us though, We found plenty to do. We also liked the great security.

We stayed in the unit for four days at the end of May. It was perfect. We ended up having guests and the condo was roomy enough for 3 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and the view was spectacular. We are hoping to stay there again soon.

My husband and two boys and myself stayed at this unit during the week of June 21st. The property was wonderful and the unit was very clean. It was the perfect location for a relaxing week of great atmosphere. The pool was perfect and my husband and kids enjoyed the fishing pier. Although the unit is small, everything that we could possibly need for the week was there. We were easily able to prepare food, do laundry, and care for the children safely. There were no "dangerous" areas that are always a concern with young children. We were also pleased with the security at the location. Stores were closeby to access groceries and other items that we forgot. We recommend Coconut Joes for a wonderful dinner that has a live band play every night. We are very appreciative for the accommodations provided by the owners of this unit and while other people seemed to have some difficulty with the units they rented, ours was very well supplied and clean. The town of Charleston is also a place that we recommend. The city is beautiful and there are many things there for the family to do. Patriot's Point is also a place worth visiting.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much we love your place. It is by far the best place of its type I've stayed in and been in. I've been in about a dozen other units and by far yours is the absolute best. Not only is it the most updated and clean but it has the best view of the ocean I've seen in there. All my friends who had rooms in the Sea cabins while we were there for our Wedding were jealous and could not believe the difference between your unit and the units they were staying in.
I also want to add that it is the perfect central location for getting around to site see and enjoy all that Charleston and Isle of Palms has to offer. I've stayed at the Wild Dunes before but I like the location at your place better. Never mind the fact that the ocean Blvd. project made the street look so much nicer and is really pleasant to the eyes. That definitely made a big difference.

This cabin, among the closest of all the cabins to the beach, faces a clear view of the beach on both sides of the unit. You can literally pick and choose from the many restaurants---restaurants of good calibur---from the balcony of the unit. All shopping and personal needs can be met within walking distance of the unit. We really enjoyed our stay and met some really nice people. We, my wife and I, even took a dip in the pool just for kicks even though the beach was merely feet away.
My wife and I spent our wedding anniversary there. The days were filled with excitement and beach walks. Our only conflict was which restaurant to go to! During the evening we enjoyed the cable TV and fully furnished kitchen watching the sun go down. We spent the next morning watching it come back up.
This is a wonderful place and very affordable. I look foreward to going back there again. But I don't think we will wait a whole year for the wedding anerversary!

The place was fantastic! It was sqeaky-clean with very nice, comfortable furniture that definately fit the motif of "beach." Our balcony overlooked the ocean and was very romantic. The restaurants, especially the One-Eyed Parrot, were only a hundred yards away and the food was divine. Our favorite thing to do was open the front door and the balcony doors and let the sea breezes waft through the house. We really felt like we were in the Caribbean, without all of the third-world hassles. It was a perfect weekend beach getaway.
