Well maintained 2 bedroom-2 bathroom. Private lay-out - Bedrooms separate sides of condo. New King Bed with 500 ct. sheets in Master. 2 Queen beds in guest room. Renovated throughout. New kitchen.
5 people maximum. No more than 4 adults.
Nice pool in complex, plus access to other heated pool in resort for a fee. Tennis, golf, great bike trails.
Use of our 2 adult bikes provided at no charge. Saves you $100 a week at least. Makes your vacation so much more fun! Bike rental in resort for bike adjustments, etc. and renting additional bikes for kids.
Child's pac'n play and umbrella stroller provided. Small folding twin for toddler.
We use as our 2nd home, so all comforts of home in this condo.
Good quality TV's with DVD's in each bedroom and Sitting Room. Premium channels on 32" HDTV in sitting room. Clock radio in each room.
Recently updated bathrooms, new hardwood floor, new carpet in 2010. Spices in cabinet for your convenience.
Porches off of each bedroom overlooking quiet lagoon.
6 minute walk onto beach, or 3 minute drive to parking area with parking pass provided.
I stay pretty booked in Spring and Summer, so please inquire now for future dates.
Fully equipped kitchen and all towels and linens supplied.
Condo complex is across the street, and a short walk down cul-de-sac to the beach. 6 minute walk - very safe. 24 hour security - gated community. Beach parking passes provided if you prefer to drive 1/4 mile to beach. Still within gates of Wild Dunes.
Good quality TV's, DVD/VCR's in unit, plus radio in each room.
I have Wild Dunes Resort Sportscard which offers discounts on golf, tennis, healthclub, summer kids camps, heated pool, etc. Wild Dunes resort charges guests of Sportscard fees for all their facilities as just listed.
