I had a son graduating from Parris Island SC from boot camp. We rented the condo from Cheryl and she was great with all the questions I had about everything. It is only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The condo is loaded with everything you think you may need. And for teens, yes it has WiFi! This place me made feel at home and is in a great location next to lots of shopping centers and restaurants. Our stay was Nov 12-17. We recommend the condo.

We rented #7780 Villa 4J from Cheryl for Jan/Feb/Mar 09 to escape a bit of Canada's wonderful winter. We were more than happy with the accomodation as it was very clean, everything worked, everything we needed was there, and must say that Cheryl was wonderful in making sure everything was a-okay to make our stay good. The actual renting was done in a very business like manner.

As a family of five, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hilton Head. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen has every dish, utensil, pot, and pan which you could possibly use. The dining table seats 6. Our teenager had no problem sleeping on the pull out sleeper sofa.
A beach cart eased carrying the beach chairs, mats, and umbrella provided by the condo to the beach. It makes a difference not having to pack beach chairs, large cooler, and umbrella in your van or suv for your trip to the beach. This condo also even provided boogie boards. If you get tired of the beach, then plenty of bike trails nearby. Highly recommend the condo.
