This is a bright, tastefully decorated villa located at "The Spa on Port Royal Sound". It has 2 bedrooms (each with its own TV), 2 baths, living room, kitchen and screened-in balcony overlooking the tennis courts. New wood-grain lamanent flooring and new carpeting. Also, new washer & dryer. The complex has 200+ villas with 24 hour security. It has 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool with whirlpool and sauna. It also has 3 tennis courts, nature walk areas, a bike path, a lagoon, a boardwalk with a private beach access to Port Royal Sound and a water front deck with an area for picknicking with a charcoal barbeque grill.
Hilton Head Island is the second largest barrier island on the east coast. It is 12 miles long and up to 4 miles wide and encompasses about 42 square miles. It has its own airport and is only 45 minutes from Savannah International Airport. There are 200 lighted tennis courts and over 20 championship golf courses. You can also enjoy inshore fishing or deep-sea and gulf stream charter fishing as well as miniature golf, horseback riding, canoeing, sailboating, kayaking, dolphin watching, private boat rentals, bicycling on the island's many bike paths or on the beach. There are many fine restaurants, tours, bird watching and unlimited shopping available.

August 05, 2004Reviewer: Tony Wilson From: Maineville, OHThis was an excellent place to stay! We have 3 small children and it was very clean and very roomy for our whole family. Two full bathrooms so no one had to wait to use them. There were plenty of towels, bed linens, and kitchenware provided to make our stay very comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit itself so no need to walk far away. All 3 pools and hot tub are also excellent and very clean. Porch is screened in so you don't have to worry about bugs when you are sitting out in the night light. Front gate security so you feel safe and protected from outside intruders. Also there is literature inside the villa to help give you an idea of where you would like to dine and go for entertainment. Public beach access and numerous dining and shopping facilities located all within 10 minutes or less drive.
