The townhouse has a full, eat in kitchen, washer and dryer, 4 TV's, 3 DVD's, CD player, 4 adult bikes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, free tennis, fireplace and more.

Over 30 golf courses are nearby. This is an ideal home for large family or multiple family vacations or golf outings.
