I highly reccomend this villa and only have good things to say about it. My family stayed there from July 21-28 of 2007. It was a great kept unit on a nice resort. We had ages ranging from a 10 year old to two 18 year olds, a couple of twenty somethings and a forty something and we all had a blast. The view from the balcony was beautiful and happened to be screened in which was a nice bonus because not all units are screened. My only suggestions would be linens for the sofa bed, we had to take some off the other beds. Also a small table for the balcony would have been nice because we did enjoy a few breakfast and dinners out there. Lastly if you are traveling with a party of 6, only 8 bath towels were provided so you may want to bring a few from home. We most definately will stay here again and are already trying to plan another trip before the year is over.

My wife and I rented this unit from March 15, to April 15, 2006. We found the unit clean and in good working order. We enjoyed our stay. The Hilton Head Resort where this property is located was under renovation during our stay. Our balcony was super in the evening with a wonerful view. The last week of our stay the renovation took our balcony out of service. No Big deal! Bottom line, we would recommend this unit to anyone. It was affordable and we enjoyed our stay.
