Both of our affordable, two bedroom villas have been completely remodeled and have everything you could want in a vacation retreat on the ocean with family and friends. As private owners of these two villas, we spared no expense in furnishing them with all the comforts of home. No matter what you are looking for, you will find it near our beachfront villas: golf, tennis, swimming, fine dining, outlet shopping, parasailing, jet-skis, historic attractions, bike trails, fishing, etc.!
Hilton Head Resort is located oceanside between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, right next door to the Robert Trent Jones golf course! There are lagoons, a private marsh, and private 400 yard boardwalk to the ocean where you can enjoy the day on the beach or at the resort's private cabana bar, "Coco's On The Beach" enjoying your favorite food and drink, and listening to music until midnight in the summer season! (Coco's is open Spring through Fall) You may never want to leave because this resort offers free unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courses, and private beach cabana facilities. Our pool area, Grille/Deli, and Coco's are also WI-FI hot spots, plus you can rent laptops or computers at the Deli if you need to get online during your stay! Resort provides a golf cart shuttle over the boardwalk to and from the beach.

All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have fun and play in the sun!!!

CALL FOR AVAILABILITY, WE DO NOT USE THE ONLINE CALENDAR. Rental rates already include tax. In addition to the weekly rental rate, there is a $75.00 cleaning fee. During the off season months, we are open to weekend rentals, monthly rentals, etc. Rates are negotiable during the off season.

$200.00 deposit required to hold the villa for your week. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning Fee: $75.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival day forfeit their entire deposit which may be used for rescheduling.
Other Fees:
$250.00 security deposit is required for each weekly, which will be refunded to you after the cleaning company inspects the villa for damages after you depart.
