We own a lovely ocean front condo located at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, a quiet, private complex located on the Atlantic ocean.
Our 3rd floor end unit sits approximately 75 feet from ocean at high tide. Recently remodeled from floor to ceiling. EVERYTHING, and we mean "everything" brand new! "Honor system" applies to wine rack and cigar humidor (please no cigar smoking in unit!).
The Spa at Port Royal Sound has three pools (two outdoor/one indoor) with jacuzzi and sauna. Tropical grounds with eight newly renovated tennis courts.
Enjoy "private" walks on the beach. Multi million beach renovation project @ Port Royal just completed and in beautiful condition...perfect for walking and dolphin watching!
Dock and grilling deck areas for your outdoor pleasure. Fishing and "crabing" right done right from the beach!
Located on the "heel" of the island (HHI is in the shape of a high top tennis shoe)
