Our villa is conveniently located in mid-island Palmetto Dunes Resort, ranked the #1 Family Resort in the Continental US by Travel & Leisure Family magazine, just a five to eight minute walk from the beach, golf, restaurants, tennis courts and water activities. Take a canoe trip down the 11 mile lagoon.
Palmetto Dunes is an upscale, gated community featuring 1800 acres of recreational facilities, homes and villa complexes. There are miles and miles of bike paths. Bring your own or rent from one of the many companies which deliver and pick up the bikes.
There are two queen size beds in each of the two very large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bath with a separate dressing area. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed for extra sleeping space. The living, dining and kitchen area are open and inviting. A large deck overlooks the lagoon in back where you can enjoy the tranquility of water and nature. There is a swimming pool on site.
Only a short stroll or bike ride to three miles of one of the best beaches in the south. Beach access is private, just for Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove and Disney guests. You will love the convenience and beauty of this beach. Palmetto Dunes Tennis Complex is a two minute walk from the villa.
