- Should the tenant alter the booking – subject to availability-, or cancel 6 months prior to arrival date, a minimum administration fee of Euro100 is applied.
- Should the tenant cancel between 3 to 6 months of a cancellation fee of Euro100 or 10% of the booking, whichever the larger, is applied.
- Should the tenant cancel between 1 and 3 months of arrival, an administration fee of 20% is applied.
- Should the tenant cancel within 1 month or arrival the reimbursement is discretionary depending on whether the property can be re-let.
The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Portugal.

I have been coming to Zio´s house for 9 years and I have loved every minute of it!
the house is confortable and cosy, the owners are very friendly and helpful!
It´s our home away from home! I recomend it!
