Beautiful mountain home located in Towamensing Trails, just a very short walk to the lake and clubhouse, and only 5 miles from Big Boulder, Split Rock and Jack Frost ski resorts. A private vacation spot offering a crystal clear 190 acre stocked lake, with boat rentals available.

There is a sandy beach, outdoor lakefront swimming pool, clubhouse with video games and pool tables, restaurant, bar and outside deck overlooking lake, tennis and basketball courts. For the kids, there is a playground and kiddie pool. Area is patrolled with 24-hour security.

The home has 3 bedrooms, that include 3 queen beds, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. The home offers cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans throughout, fully-equipped kitchen, and Televisions/DVD/VCR.

The game room features a dart board, air hockey, pool table, and many kids games.
