Newer 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Lodge Style Home located on the North Woodlands Gold Gourse in Sunriver. Custom designed and Custom Built with the utmost quality and workmanship. With 3500 square feet this home will comfortably sleep 14. This home offers plenty of room to spread out or group together. The sunken great room is accented with rustic logs an Idaho River Rock fireplace, and a built in entertainment center complete with Cable TV, DVD/VCR and CD stereo player. This room is open to the spacious and well stocked kitchen and beautiful dining room plus it still captures the views of the second fairway.
There's plenty to do with a Billiards Room complete with a wet bar that overlooks the private and spacious outdoor Hot Tub area. A loft overlooking the great room provides a great place for board games. There is also a ping pong table in the huge three car garage where you will also find 9 bikes (one that's a tandem) for those many miles of Sunriver Bike Paths.
This home is loaded with all the extras and is sure to provide a great "home base" for your Sunriver vacation any time of year.

Six adults, six children – what a great time we had. There seemed to be plenty of everything – from baths, beds, pillows, towels, dishes, sunscreen, toiletries and laundry supplies.
