To Secure Reservations: Use a credit card for the first night's rent. The Balance plus $160.00 security deposit is due 12 days before check in. Less than 12 days must be paid with cashier check or credit card. A map and code for door lock sent on receipt of the full amount. The $160.00 is refundable . The deposit will be mailed within 10 days after check out if the house is left in acceptable condation(clean and all items in place.) Portland and Salem aare about 1 1/2 hours drive. Lincoln City is about an hour away. Cannon beach is about 45 minutes away. Oceanside is an ideal location for day trips .
