This 2100+ square ft oceanfront custom home was
built in 1995. It is located in the desired Nelscott,
Lincoln City area.
The Black Pearl has an elegant & charming feel with
its antiques and furnishings, specifically catering to
adults; however, we warmly welcome families with
children as long as they are properly supervised at
all times and not left unattened at the home. The
home is nestled against a wooded lot with plenty of
foliage & trees to provide complete privacy &
serenity as you enter this luxury home to unwind
and get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
There is plenty to do in Lincoln City and surrounding
area…Factory Outlet Stores just blocks away,
antique shops abound. Visit numerous galleries,
dine at some of the finest restaurants, and enjoy
world-class entertainment at Chinook Winds & Spirit
Mountain.
The Black Pearl offers something for everyone-
just name your pleasure! If it is relaxation you want,
just slide yourself into the outdoor spa, listen to
ocean, gaze at the stars and unwind. If fun & games
are your thing, then pop out a board game , shuffle a
deck of cards or use a number of fun beach items
available. If you are an entertainment enthusiast, flip
through the 70+ channels offered or the 100+ movie
selection provided. If it is romance you desire, enjoy
a stroll on the beach, hold hands, enjoy dinner in the
dining room with a spectacular view and then
indulge in the two person Jacuzzi in the master
suite. Maybe it is just peace and quiet you seek-

OH MY GODNESS! We love it here anybody getting marid should definetly consider this house for their honeymoon. My husband (as of yesterday)and I were just in awe of this place! Why would naybody want to go to the trouble of getting on a plane after the amazing but extremely exhausting process of planning a wedding and preparing for marriage? Why do that when you can hop in your car and arrive in paradise in under 2 hours! The weather has been amazing! and looking out the windows here, it's almost as if the ocean is all to yourself. When we go here, we had just gone through a 3 hour drive from the airport. We were all tired from the red-eye flight we took at 1:25 AM from Anchorage, Alaska. We had more fun thqan should be allowed in our stay in this lovely ocean front house. We saw whales, sea lions, kites flying. Our family enjoyed days of good food, relaxation, and visiting till the sun set. Every part of the day is beautiful here, so get up early and stay up late so as you do not miss one minute. This place is so easy to feel at home in. Thank You for all you do for your gueststo feel at home. Our family had 3 generations gathered in this great place. This was a great time the hot tub was excellent and being so central to either side of town was perfect. The crabbing was OK, I recomend using chicken & the crab max made by a local and is usually sitting in the blue van by Siletz Bay. The rings are a waste of time. What a spectacular views I ever seen. The house is wonderful and equipped with amenities. It's very comfortable and perfect place to unwind from too much work. Me & my husband had a great time with our friend Kerry & Rob. The weather was beautiful! We had fresh french vanilla coffee in the morning while watching funny TV shows and playing games with friends. In the afternoon, we went shopping at the outlet store, stroll the beach and find lot's of agates. We also went crabing and had seafood at dinner. We stayed here in March for a lil Mother's Get away. We all were very impressed and felt right at home in this beautiful house. The views were fabulous from every room inside and out. There is an extensive DVD/VHS library which was a treat for a group of moms that never get to set and watch an entire movie much less 3 or 4. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and had every ammenities available you could think of. Short distance to the mall and restruants. WOW! What a wonderful week we spent at your beautiful home! The Black Pearl is even more lovely seeing it in person and so comfortable - the only negative thing is having to pack up and go back home to reality. The views from both decks are awesome. We watched surfers, seals, birds and even a few whale spouts. I love that the house is on a bluff so the views aren't disturbed by people walking by and looking in the windows. We enjoyed some sightseeing and just spending quality family time on the beach and deck - hot tub is a plus. We had wonderful meals at Dory Cove and also at the Ki West restaurants. We and our friends had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful beach house. We saw whales spouting & heard seals but couldn't locate them. The 2nd day we woke up to sunshine at 7:00 am. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home for 7th annual college reunion. Each Memorial Day weekend we get together and catch up on each other's lives over the past year. Mom & I are just about to depart from this lovely house. It's hard for me because they can come out any weekend they want but I live in Wyoming. The views from the deck are unlike any I have seen. The Pelican Brewery in Pacific City has the best clam chowder! We feel completley refreshed...yet ready to tie ourselves to the deck and never leave! Such a healing place to come to. The whales were playing for the first three days. The weather was perfect! There seemed to be two playful whales that liked to show us their tails & some big moms and pops flipping around and surfacing. We spent most of our time on the deck. Thank you for sharing your home & a piece of the Oregon Coast with us. We enjoyed the reef with the waves breaking & the surfer being towed out to surf the reef waves. We enjoyed the whales that hungout with us on the kelp bed just to the right of the reef. We loved long walks on the beach & hunting for floats in the sand. My friend and I stayed here for my 33rd b-day the 3-5 and had one of the biggest storms I've ever went through here!! The news called it a "mini hurricane" winds gusted at 90+ miles a hour, it was crazy! The sky lighted up the entire ocean and it sounded like a freight train was coming by from 12:00 am until 9:00 am with no pause! It was scary yet neat!! Very memorable storm. The main area in town I believe D-Sands by Kylios-the water broke the cement wall and filled the entire parking lot with logs & sand.
