Vacation Rental Home Description

Welcome to a Spectacular Villa with a striking Spanish Style and a peaceful ocean view. We are located 6 miles from the quiet community of Gold Beach, Oregon, sitting on a cliff overlooking beautiful Nesika beach. This property is part of a paired villa so for parties over six you can also rent the sister property and sleep up to 12, perfect for family reunions.

The villa features a unique atrium with an indoor fountain and cathedral ceilings. Each side of the Villa has a first floor that commands panoramic views of the Pacific ocean. They have large, open gourmet kitchens (fully-equipped), a dining room and family room that opens onto a large deck with ocean views. Each Villa has its own private hot tub. While one offers vibrant colors and a telescope for star gazing the other offers a romantic fireplace in the master suite. Each master suite has a private deck with a view of the ocean.



The Villa is close to a wide variety of fun things to do. There are so many local activities that one week is not enough time to do everything. Whether you enjoy mountain hiking, fishing, kayaking, jet boating, bicycling, swimming, wind surfing or just sight seeing, Gold Beach has it all plus much more. The Villa is also perfect if you just want to relax and take quite walks on the beach.

Privacy

The Hacienda and Casa Del Sol are paired villas. The atrium and back deck are a semi-shared space. The villas feel just like private homes. The area around the Properties is very quiet and private.



Hacienda verses Casa Del Sol



They are both very, very similar. Both are very unique and beautiful. The Casa Del Sol has two bedrooms upstairs. Sometimes families with small children like the Casa Del Sol because the kids are closer. The Hacienda has the master upstairs and the guest bedroom down. Families who have elderly travelers like the Hacienda because the extra bedroom is downstairs.



Hot Tubs

The hot tubs are completely separate and very private. They are both located in a private area and with an ocean views.



Beach Access

The Villa sits on a cliff overlooking the Pacific ocean. The cliff edge is approximately 50 feet from the house. The cliff is too steep to traverse. The walk to the beach is north down a quiet country road (10-15 minutes) or hop in the car, park and be there is seconds.



Ocean Views

Each property commands ocean views from the living rooms, dinning rooms, kitchens, Master suites, back decks, hot tubs and atrium.



Pets

The Villa is pet friendly however we ask that you “clean up” after your pet. The furniture is only for Human use. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance or the Pet fee doubles to $50 per pet per stay.



Fires on the Beach

In many places it is ok to have a fire on the beach as long as you keep it small and away from driftwood. Check for signs at the pull outs and parking places that will advise fire issues for that location.



Long Distance

The telephones do not allow you to call any long distance numbers. Please make sure you bring a calling card or a cell phone that works is the area.

Cancellations made less that 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $20 processing fee. There are no refunds for early check-out. You may re-book for the same rate at another time or pay a minimum of 3 days rent plus a $50 cleaning fee.
