There were 12 of us for a full moon women's drumming retreat in October, 2008 and we found these houses to be fabulous! I highly recommend staying here... Warm and cozy with exciting interior design. It was great working with Kellie arranging our stay. We will be back, and have not stopped talking about it. Our last day at breakfast we spotted whales heading South and stood on the deck cheering them on!

We stayed at the Casa Del Sol at the end of June, 2007. Everything was perfect. We needed to relax and this was definitely the place. It was also our anniversary and it was very romantic. We walked on the beach every day and saw very few people. Sunsets from almost every room and going to sleep with the sound of the surf was very soothing. The house is very well stocked. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everythin. (bring your own wine opener). I hope I soon get to go back. Also the house is behind some sort of storage place which is closed down. You have no view of this once you're inside or out back so don't let it scare you when you drive up. Ron is great if you need anything.

| Deposit: A credit card reservation deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Any balance remaining is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You may pay the remaining balance, if any, by check or credit card. Unless we receive a check for the balance due, we will charge any remaining balance to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that a 4% credit card fee will be added to your invoice if paying the balance due by credit card.
We do not collect a security or damage deposit, however we do require a valid credit on file, and like hotels, we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for damage, theft, or any special cleaning required after your stay. Cleaning Fee: $50.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, less any fees for processing credit card transactions. Reservations cancelled 16-30 days before your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period. If the house can be re-rented, guests will only be charged for processing credit card transactions. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full rental fee unless the home can be rented to other clients. If the house can be re-rented, guests will only be charged for processing credit card transactions. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departures unless agreed to in advance.
