Rates are based on four person occupancy. Additional Guests will be accomodated for an added $20 per night. Ask us about our cash discount. We will consider pet stays with advance notice. There is a pet fee of $50 per stay. $85.00 Cleaning Fee.

Deposits:
To secure a reservation for up to one week, we require a payment for the first night's stay plus a security deposit of $300. The security deposit is refundable within 48 hours after departure, provided there is no damage to the premises. To secure a reservation for one week or more we require 1/2 of the total nights stay +_ the $300.00 security deposit.
Lodging Tax: 1%
Cleaning Fee: $85.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
Due to our intimate size, cancellations and reservations changes effect us significantly. All cancellations are subject to a $250 processing fee plus 3.5% of deposit if charged. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund plus the $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $250 processing fee.
