Reservations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date will require full payment, at the time of booking. Tax: 9.8% Cleaning Fee: $70.00 Cancellations and Refunds: All cancelations or reservation changes (including changing dates or switching homes) must be made in writing (email, fax, mail) and guest is responsible for verifying that BPVR has received their cancelation letter. Date changes or switching properties must all be done prior to the balance due date. We are unable to refund any payment for a canceled reservation after the balance due date, unless the home is re-rented for all or a portion of the dates of the reservation. We make every effort to rebook your home; however, if the home is not rebooked, you forfeit all monies paid.
