Level 1 -- Rec room with CATV/VCR/DVD, Q sleeper, game table, wet bar; W&D; patio w/HOT TUB, BBQ and furniture.
Level 2 -- 4BR (MSTR w/Q; 1 w/Q; 1 w/Ts; 1 w/pyramid bunk & twin trundle) 2 baths (MSTR w/whirlpool & shower; 1 w/shower) 2 bedrooms w/sliders to covered deck with swing. House sleeps 8 - 10 people comfortably; can sleep up to 12 people, if queen sleeper is used.
Level 3 -- Great room w/gas FP, CATV, VCR, stereo, breakfast nook, slider to deck w/ocean views; powder rm; dining rm with slider to sunset deck; well-equiped kitchen w/DW, MW, breakfast bar w/stools.
Amenities include: AC, CFs, enclosed outside shower, BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, crib, hi-chair, child-gate, book and video library. 3 decks with seating/furniture.
