The Outer Banks provide sandy beaches, warm water with great waves, and an absolutely wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate, including Dolphin sightings daily!
This beach cottage, 60 yards from beach access and 3-minute walk from house to toes in the ocean, is a delightful cottage for family or friends. Updates throughout! Community Tennis is included.
House specifics include:
Level 1 -- Rec room with CATV/VCR/DVD, Q sleeper, game table, wet bar; W&D; patio w/HOT TUB, BBQ and furniture.
Level 2 -- 4BR (MSTR w/Q; 1 w/Q; 1 w/Ts; 1 w/pyramid bunk & twin trundle) 2 baths (MSTR w/whirlpool & shower; 1 w/shower) 2 bedrooms w/sliders to covered deck with swing. House sleeps 8 - 10 people comfortably; can sleep up to 12 people, if queen sleeper is used.
Level 3 -- Great room w/gas FP, CATV, VCR, stereo, breakfast nook, slider to deck w/ocean views; powder rm; dining rm with slider to sunset deck; well-equiped kitchen w/DW, MW, breakfast bar w/stools.

Fall is a fisherman's dream as northern stripers migrate to warmer waters or a golfer's haven-several courses within a short drive. Late Winter offers tuna fishing opportunities and other deep sea fishing experiences.
The Outer Banks offer wonderful areas for exploration and adventure including the Wright Bros. Memorial, wild horses of the northern beaches, Cape Hatteras, golf, fishing, sun and surf, an abundance of water sports, aquarium, or just relaxing on the beach.
