This privately owned log home in Maggie Valley, North Carolina has it all!

The upstairs bedroom has large casement windows, ten foot ceilings and a queen bed. Upstairs there is also a sleeping loft and large bathroom. The full, walk-out basement has a playroom with a 31-inch TV and ping pong table. There is also another bedroom and full bath, and a large laundry room equipped with a tile floor, a folding table, ironing board and superb lighting.



The house is equipped with a built-in vacuum system with hoses and accessories on the main and basement levels, and a laundry chute that is accessible from the upstairs and main floor bathrooms makes clothes washing a breeze.



The two decks offer panoramic views of the Smoky mountains, and the lower deck has a porch swing facing the view. The home is decorated in warm colors with leather sofa and love seat, and hand crafted furnishings.



A wood burning fireplace will keep you warm and cozy on those cold winter nights. In the summer, the temperature stays in the seventies in the day and dips into the 50's at night. The home has central heat and air conditioning, and each bathroom has an additional supplemental, built-in space heater.



Maggie Valley is a short drive to Asheville, NC, where you can visit the Biltmore Mansion, Chimney Rock and Grandfather Mountain near Boone, NC. The Cherokee Indian reservation and Harrah's casino are just 12 miles from this home.



Enjoy shopping in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, TN, which are only 40 miles from Maggie. So many attractions are only an hour from Maggie, including numerous spectacular waterfalls and the famous Sliding Rock water slide. Hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway, trout fishing, white-water rafting, and horseback riding are other attractions within a few minutes of the home.



The elevation of “Autumn Falls” is 4,300 ft. The house is within a quarter mile of the paved, state maintained road, and the adjoining private roads are in very good condition, making "Autumn Falls" accessible year 'round, although a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
