Woodchuck Valley Cabins are new riverfront cabins located on the Little Tennessee river 10 miles out side of Franklin, NC. We have 2 two bedroom cabins that sleep six people comfortably . All cabins are fully furnished, all you need to bring is your food and charcoal for the grill !
We're near all area attractions like, white water rafting, gem mining, canoeing, hiking, fishing, and shopping to name a few.

We stayed in the cabin during June of 2004. The location is very well suited to visiting the National Park and many of the mountain sites in the National Forest. If you live in Florida, Franklin is the closest town in the mountains to get to. The cabins are outside of town about 10 miles right on the river. Bring your kayak and your fishing pole. The birds, fireflies, cool evenings, which are such a nice break for Floridians during the summer, it was awesome. Franklin is a great little town for shopping and dining. We loved it. You have to go to Newfoundland Gap on a clear night! Very romantic.
