glass top/self cleaning stove, ice maker refrigerator,
microwave and counter tops.You are just a short
walk from the boardwalk, restaurants and the lake. It
is located just south of the new Marriott Hotel. Enjoy
the spacious COVERED deck and watch the sunrise
each morning, from your oceanfront unit. Spectacular
ocean views are available from the living room and
master bedroom through sliding glass doors. This
unit sleeps 7 comfortably while also offering the
second bedroom guests private entrance to the hall
bath. Unit has flat screen TV with expanded cable
and remote, DVD player, VCR and CD player. Both
bedrooms are also equiped with color TVs; additional
DVD/VCR feature in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is
fully equipped. Beach equipment is available for
guest use in storage locker. New paint and select
furniture added each year. Ceiling fans, and hotel-
style hairdryers added new flooring in lr/dr/kit.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and a single chair
bed.Historic Wilmington, Fort Fisher, Aquarium and
Southport Ferry are all 20 minutes away.

Great Place! Clean, Right on the beach, great view.
Lots of things to do. Walk to great restaurants and shops or take a drive to Wilmington and enjoy the sites of the cities.
Could not ask for more and would recommend to all who wish to enjoy and have fun!!!

This a great unit. We were not expecting the ocean to be so close, and the deck is so private. The new floors are great, and it was perfect with our small dog. The unit had everything it advertized, and the location was perfect. The people at Victory Beach were great. We will stay here again, it was that nice!

I just have to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay! We have enjoyed your beautifully decorated home away.from home. Carolina Beach is such a neat place and we can walk to all of it. We appreciate all the little things you've done to make us your guests welcome...the well-equipped kitchen, the beach stuff, etc. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us. We will be back!

This is a super clean rental. Owners have made the place better than home. New furniture, ceiling fans, and fully eqquipped kitchen made for a great stay. Owners left attraction and restaurant folder, games, videos, etc, to add to the enjoyment. Great covered deck on second floor! Kids loved the splash pool.We would stay here again.
