Stunning mountain home on 3.5 fenced acres of almost level property yet a mile high in the mountains. Walking distance to Fred's general store and the top of the ski slopes.

A peaceful haven for cool summers or wonderful winter skiing.
All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms making our home perfect for sharing families, reunions or just a fun place to watch the kids burn off their youthful energy running around our huge yard.
Our home is a mile and a half to the base of the ski mountain, 10 minutes to Banner Elk, and 30 minutes to Boone or Blowing Rock.
We offer the comforts of central heat and air, gas fireplace, granite counter tops in the kitchen and a large lounge on the second floor observation deck.
There is room for 2 cars in the garage and a dozen more on the driveway.
In the summer, boat rentals are available on lake Watauga and white water rafting can be arranged from the ski shop two minutes away.
