My wife and I stayed there 5/2-5/9 2009. We really enjoyed the pool as it was windy on the beach that week. It was a nice home with all the ameneties you would need. The Ryan's are great hosts and make sure you have a good exprience. The beach is only across the street one lot off the dunes. Since the lot between the house and the beach is not built on you have nice views of the ocean, bring your binoculars and you will probably see dolphins!

Went down this past week, had excellant views from this spacious home. We felt like we were home but had better views. The ocean water was still warm at times, other times it was a bit chilly. Greta fishing the family enjoyed and shopping deals throughout the island. A definate for next year!

This place was absoutley amazing. It truley exceeded my expectations. The view was great from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It was great to sit out on the deck every evening and see the ocean right across the street. We brought out 2 young children and it was great to be able to walk across the street to the beach and then go to the pool anytime of the day. Did I mention the HOT TUB? AWESOME and very relaxing. We have already planned our trip for next year. The owners were also very accomadating! It was worth the 7.5 hour drive!!

Myself along with a group of friends stayed in this house for our spring break. It was an absolutely AMAZING place. The owners were super friendly & made us feel very welcome. beach access is about a 45 second walk RIGHT accross the street behind the house, and Food Lion is another 45 second walk accross the street in front of the house. The hot tub was fabulous and the swings on the balcony facing the beach were really great as well. I would go back ANY time...we're thinking about going down for spring break again this year!

this house was awesome. when it came time for my friends and I plan a vacation many were reluctant to rent to us because of our ages, yet the owner of this house was a very nice man and toook a chance on us. the hot tub was great. the hammock swings on the balcony facing the ocean were incredible. this house is a dream. I would go back any time.

What a great place, the house was very nice and well kept, the pool and hot tub were nice to have on those windy days. The beach access is directly across the street, not down the road, but right in front of the house.The food Lion is within walking distance. The owners are some of the nicest people that I have delt with, they even called on our first day to ask how everything was!!! How nice is that! We had no problems or complaints, and every request to the owners was met. This house in my opinion deserves an A+. I can't wait to return!!

This place was truly amazing. It offered anything you could imagine and exeeded expectations. The view was spectacular and you could sleep to the sounds of the ocean. The owners were amazing and accomodating. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a great time. It's location is choice. It's very private yet located right across the street from a grocery store and a little strip mall. Also, the people in this town are amazing. Everyone talks to you and greets you in passing. We met many local people and became good friends with them by the end of the week! We will definitely be back!
