Don't stay at 239 Sea Dreams! It has water leaking over electrical wires and patched areas in drywall that indicate the property management knew about the issue and still rented it out even with health risks (fire and mold). There were roaches on multiple floors. One person in our group woke up to find a hugh one crawling on her arm in bed. There were other issues, too, like backed-up showers and water under doors when it rained.

It should be a clue that something isn't right when the property manager lists multiple last names (I've seen three so far) on different rental sites.
