The Blue Ridge Parkway Cabin is conveniently located on the corner of Tunnel Road (70), and Swannanoa River Road (81), in a quiet neighborhood of log cabins and cottages. It's ten minutes from downtown Asheville, Black Mountain, the Biltmore Estate, and the two major Asheville malls. The Blue Ridge Parkway, WNC Nature Center (Zoo), horseback riding, a golf course, and an outdoor community pool are only 500 yards away (a very short drive).

A grocery, video rental, pharmacy, post office, and restaurants are only one block away. Mountain biking trails are legendary in western North Carolina. There are several in Asheville, including Alexander Park and Bent Creek. There are also several rafting outfitters which service the Asheville area with white-water adventures.

No credit cards accepted. Payment in full is expected at check in, payable by cash or check. A two night minimum stay is required on all reservations.

Weekly rates are calculated on a 7 night stay.(You will only be charged for 6 nights.) No deposits are required, however, please be considerate and cancel as soon as possible so that we can rebook the cabin.

When your reservation is confirmed, a package containing an Asheville Visitor's Guide and a map to the cabin will be mailed to you. Property manager must have several days notice of approximate arrival time before check in. Please, no check ins after 9:00 PM.

Check in after 3:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM. Smoking is allowed on the porch only. No pets.
