Deposits:
50% of rental fee with the signing of the contract to hold the resevation. Balance due 60 days before the start of rental during the high season (June-Sept) and thirty days before start of rental low season.

We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period
Other Fees:
We accept credit card payments through paypal but require that you pay thier 3% fee. Taxes included in pricing.

Completely renovated including , central air, all hardwood and ceramic tile floors Nicely furnished. 42" LCD HDTV, wireless internet connection. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom, king size bed. Second bedroom equipped with a queen sized bed and third bedroom equipped with one full and one twin beds. All beds are pillow top or memory foam & equipped with luxury linens. There are TV'S in every bedroom. Both livingroom and family room have a fireplace. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.... The family room has flat screen HD LCD cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD & stereo. Comfortable seating with a large leather sectional sofa with a lounge end. A high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan and French doors leading out to two big decks with deck furniture and two gas BBQ's. Ground level laundry room with a slop sink and outside entrance. Laundry off kitchen. Lawn care provided. No smoking indoors
